Schedule: Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM–4:30 PM | Friday 6:00 AM–11:00 AM

Position Summary

We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Machine Operators.
No experience? That’s okay — we’ll provide full, hands-on training for the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Read tool prints and router sheets

• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers

• Perform machine set-ups

• Mount and change grinding wheels

• Follow safety and quality standards in daily operations

(All duties are taught through on-the-job training — perfect for someone eager to learn a trade!)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

• Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Willingness to learn and grow

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 40 lbs when transporting tool trays

• Stand for 9–10 hours per day

• Tolerate warm temperatures during summer months

• Good corrected vision and hearing

Pay & Advancement

• Starting Pay: $16.00/hour
