Hannibal Carbide Tool, Inc. is looking for a Brazing Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll braze carbide inserts into steel tool blanks to produce high-quality cutting tools used across a variety of industries. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in craftsmanship, and have strong attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Braze carbide inserts into steel tool blanks with precision and accuracy.
• Read and interpret tool prints, work orders, and job instructions.
• Operate torches and brazing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished tools to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

What We're Looking For

• Previous brazing, welding, soldering, or related manufacturing experience preferred. We are willing to train motivated individuals with mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn.
• Good math and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, dependable, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in warm manufacturing conditions.

• Paid, hands-on training provided.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (Many times this is a shortened day)

Pay

• Starting at $16.00 per hour for candidates with no prior relevant experience.
• Three scheduled pay increases during your first year of employment.
